Landscape Renovation Project Completed for Fishers Condominium Association

A recently completed landscape renovation project in Fishers, Indiana, demonstrates how proper site preparation and finishing work can dramatically improve the appearance of a community property.

Big Boy Services was hired to assist with the renovation of multiple landscape beds throughout a condominium association’s common areas. The project began with the removal of overgrown shrubs, ornamental trees, and outdated landscape materials that had reached the end of their useful life. Our team also removed excess mulch and soil from several locations to prepare the sites for new landscaping.

Once the landscape beds were cleared and prepared, another landscape contractor installed new shrubs, hydrangeas, ornamental plantings, and decorative trees throughout the community.

After the new installations were completed, Big Boy Services returned to perform the final mulch installation phase. Fresh mulch was applied throughout the renovated beds, helping unify the appearance of the new landscaping while providing practical benefits such as moisture retention, weed suppression, and soil temperature regulation.

The before-and-after photos featured in this project showcase one of several landscape islands that received a complete transformation. While each area had unique requirements, the goal remained the same: create clean, attractive, and low-maintenance landscape beds that enhance the overall appearance of the property.
