Our pricing is highly competitive. We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch services. Although we do specialize in providing services to HOA and Condo Associations, we also provide services to single family homeowners, apartment complexes, and commercial property owners. The Owner of Big Boy Services, Aaron Rader, has previous experience in property management and as an account manager for a large publicly traded landscape / lawn maintenance company. As a property manager, part of Aaron's duties included soliciting quotes from vendors and then presenting the quotes to decision makers, including HOA / Condo Association Boards of Directors. As an account manager, Aaron generated quotes based upon customer specifications. As a result of the combination of these two positions, Aaron saw an obvious niche for smaller jobs. Although Big Boy Services can handle larger jobs, the company focuses on smaller jobs that most tree service companies and lawn & landscape companies throw a hefty price at because of the overhead they have to cover or just don't want.
