Big Boy Services recently completed a two-weekend commercial landscape renovation project at The Julian Center, transforming four overgrown courtyard planter beds into clean, professionally landscaped spaces ready for future growth.
Project Overview
The courtyard had become overgrown with dense vegetation, making the landscape difficult to maintain and limiting its visual appeal. Our goal was to provide a fresh foundation that would support a renewed landscape design while improving the overall appearance of the courtyard.
Scope of Work
The project included:
Removal of substantial overgrown vegetation
Preparation and cleanup of four landscape beds
Installation of commercial-grade landscape fabric
Planting 12 Karl Foerster ornamental grasses
Installation of 10 yards of premium mulch
To minimize disruption and safely maneuver equipment into the property, the project was scheduled across two consecutive Saturdays when parking areas and alley access were less congested.
Despite several hours of steady rain during the first workday, our crew remained productive and kept the project on schedule.
